Dear God,
Thank you for Sandra-you know the one She's strong and
she's lean and a whole lot of fun. We squeeze and we
lift til our butts are sore Rest for a second then flat
on the floor It's not over yet, we've still got to
crunch Touch your palm to your knee; don't throw a
punch.
It's a
slow controlled motion for a long count of eight I must
have been crazy to think this is how I chose to lose
weight. I forgot to mention just how we start out we hop
and we skip and we run all about. There's Frankenstein's
and shuffles with some football moves Pretend tires for
high knees and salsa to groove.
We even
lift weights to get our muscles nice and tone No
slacking off or you'll hear your name over the
microphone. Don't get me wrong I enjoy this time
together Even on Sundays in 100 degree weather. We climb
the wall and jump the hurdles Maybe it'd be easier just
to buy a girdle.
No girdle
for me hard work is the key And all the new friends
together we see, A lady with passion and a generous
heart For sharing her knowledge of each body part.
And the
never ending encouragement with a smile on her face She
teaches us fitness with a unique style and grace. So
thank you for Sandra, Gertrude and Chad For sharing her
with us, the best teacher we've ever had.
P.S. We
miss her alot when she's not in town So we put on a
smile and try not to frown. Then in comes the
replacement, but we're conditioned for more So please
keep her trips to a maximum of four."
