Either way, my favorite cool-down treats are my homemade ice pops!


1 liter water
1/4 cup lemon juice
Stevia drops (I like them tart so I only use 4 drops)

Pour mixture into ice trays and enjoy anytime your temperature rises.

Option:  Use Crystal Light!

Salted Dark Chocolate Bars & 

Spicy Cinnamon/Cayenne Dark Chocolate Bars

These delicious low-carb chocolate treats will satisfy your sweet tooth without the guilt.


1 Bakers Unsweetened Chocolate Bar (melted)

1 cup Monk Fruit (Confectioners preferably, but not necessary)

2 Tbsp Flax Meal

1 Tbsp Coconut Oil

For Salted Bars, use a pinch of Himalayan Salt

For Spicy Bars add: 1/2 tsp Cinnamon 1/4 tsp Cayenne

Coconut Keto Kup


1 Egg

1 Tbsp Flaxseed Meal

1 Tbsp Coconut Flour

1 Tbsp Frozen Blueberries

1.5 Tbsp Monk Fruit

1 Pinch Unsweetened, Shredded Coconut (opt.)


Place all ingredients except blueberries and shredded coconut into microwavable cup and stir well with a fork.  Add blueberries and stir lightly.  Sprinkle shredded coconut on top and microwave for 1:30 - 2 minutes.
